Bottom Loading Arms:

This type is commonly used for loading and unloading of fluids at ground level especially to road and rail tankers. Since the whole operation can be done from ground, ideally it’s safer for the operator to execute the job compared to the top loading arm.

  • Coupling can be added in the tanker flange where vapour return is necessary.

Bottom loading arms are ideal and recommended if and only if the tank is equipped with in-built overfill sensor and high level alarm.

LNG - MARINE Loading Arms:

Natural gas is an initial fulcrum point for the energy transition and is the environment friendly non renewable energy resource. It is the fastest growing energy transition where we could see petrol stations are being replaced with gas stations. However in order to transport from one location to another it must be liquified to make it economically feasible and it is done by reducing the temperature more than -160°C. LNG liquefaction and transportation is primarily through LNG ocean going carriers.

AmallGam’s LNG loading arms are specially designed for loading and unloading of road and rail tankers. Considering its criticality all the raw materials chosen are special alloys and welding procedures, complete traceability and attention given at the time of raw material selection and each stage process. We use the nitrogen piping to ensure the swivel is dry and to prevent the ice formation.

AmallGam produces marine loading arms for transfer of all liquids and gases in marine environment from barges, ships and LNG vessels; these models have inbuilt Manual and Hydraulic controls to ensure the safety and integrity with the vessel.
